PTFE coating is a unique polymer coating that helps prevent food from sticking to the pans during cooking. It also makes them easy to clean. 

PTFE is the chemical most commonly used in modern non stick coatings,therefore, also known to be most stable when used correctly.

However, there are still some concerns about the safety of non-stick cookware, especially when it comes to heat levels.
